FoundHer Case Competition – ScentPop Growth & Loyalty Strategy
As part of a two-person team, I developed a data-driven growth and loyalty strategy for ScentPop, a consumer skincare and fragrance brand, as part of the FoundHer Case Competition for Women in Business. Our team analyzed customer purchase behavior, marketing channel performance, and product bundling patterns to identify opportunities to increase average order value and long-term retention. Based on these insights, we proposed a hyper-personalized loyalty program, influencer-led social campaigns, and enhanced pop-up experiences designed to convert one- to two-product purchases into bundled sales. We supported our recommendations with a phased implementation plan, budget allocation, and projected outcomes, including increased retention, stronger social engagement, and scalable subscription growth, demonstrating how brand experience, community, and data-backed personalization can drive measurable revenue impact.
