As part of a cross-functional team, I contributed to a comprehensive digital marketing and growth strategy for Civic Reinventions, a nonprofit consulting firm focused on conflict resolution and inclusive leadership. Our team conducted a full audit of the organization’s digital presence, analyzing SEO and SEM performance, website UX, content structure, and online reviews to identify gaps in brand visibility, audience engagement, and targeted lead generation. Together, we developed an integrated strategy spanning keyword refinement, an email drip campaign, social media activation, LinkedIn optimization, and a website content redesign centered on clearer calls-to-action and storytelling.
